Our Private Dining Rooms, Atrium, and Hall can accommodate groups from 8 to 200.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Pastry team to produce high-quality sweet and savory baked goods.
Collaborate with Events staff, both before and during service, to ensure proper execution of our standards and the Guests' vision.
Execute daily prep lists and contribute to menu development.
Attend weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
Assist with inventory and ingredient ordering and management.
Operate within and uphold O+O Hospitality's Core Values.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in a restaurant or venue-based pastry kitchen.
Strong project management and planning skills.
Strong understanding of diverse pastry techniques and baking fundamentals.
Passion for creativity and menu development.
A commitment to quality, safety, and cleanliness.
ServSafe Manager certification is a plus but not required.
