Job Title:
QC Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Analysis of Raw Materials, Stability & Finished Product Samples
* Be experienced in key analytical techniques, e.g. KF, TLC, LOD and general compendial tests.
* Must have experience analyzing materials by HPLC and GC.
* To interpret raw data and results and document as per written procedures.
* Review the accuracy of analytical data.
* Calibration and maintenance of QC equipment.
* Ability to perform and document laboratory investigations.
* Support/participate in Continuous Improvement projects in QC
* Responsible for full documentation of all analysis performed
* Responsible for review and updating of SOPs & Specifications
* General upkeep of the laboratory in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice
Candidate:
* HPLC/GC & Wet Chemistry experience is desirable
* PC Literate
* Knowledge of cGMP's
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise
* Excellent verbal and communication skills
* Must be highly driven and self-motivated
* Good time management skills
* Be able to work as a team player as well as on your own initiative
* Minimum 2:1 third level Pharmaceutical/Analytical Chemistry degree. Experience in the working environment is desirable but not essential.
* This is a 39 hour week position.
