Our client is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead frontend architecture, drive delivery of complex features, and mentor engineers within a high-growth product team. This role focuses on building high-performance, enterprise-grade interfaces used by large global customers.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and development of major frontend components and systems.
2. Make key decisions on architecture, performance, and state management.
3. Deliver high-quality, well-tested features end-to-end.
4. Collaborate with Product and Design; provide mentorship and code reviews.
5. Improve tooling, workflows, and overall engineering quality.
6. Support operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
7. 8+ years building production-ready web apps using modern frameworks.
8. Expert in TypeScript, React, and frontend performance optimisation.
9. Strong experience with design systems, Storybook, testing (Jest/Cypress), and modern build tools.
10. Solid UX sensibility with understanding of accessibility standards.
11. Comfortable leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers, and working in distributed teams.

12. Experience with AI-assisted development or AI-powered product features.
13. Built interfaces for enterprise-scale environments.
14. Startup or high-growth experience.
