We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an R&D Escalation Engineer. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment.
The R&D Escalation Engineering team provides our customers with exceptional support by resolving complex technical issues efficiently. To maintain and develop our product line, engineers must be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and learn from their experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, research solutions, and deliver results.
* Analysis and Debugging: Analyze and debug complex customer issues to identify root causes.
* Fix Implementation: Create and implement fixes to resolve customer issues.
* Escalation Management: Take ownership of escalations and drive them towards resolution.
* Collaboration: Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with internal groups.
* Product Knowledge: Acquire broad and in-depth knowledge of our product line.
* Documentation: Create documentation to train support engineers.
* Communication: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Skills:
* Backend Programming: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Backend programming, working with multi-threaded environments and large scales using C++.
* C# and .NET: Experience in C#, .NET is advantageous.
* Database Development: Developing using Microsoft SQL, T-SQL.
* Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills and great interpersonal skills.
* Problem-Solving: Able to solve complex problems quickly.

Additional Skills:
* Angular and NodeJS: Experience with Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript.

* Data Structures: Solid understanding of data structures, design patterns, and algorithms.
