About This Role:
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
* We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie.
* Your primary responsibility will be to assist the head chef and sous chef in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, production, and service.
* You will work closely with the senior chefs to prepare and compile menus for daily business and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that all food prepared meets the agreed standards prior to service.
2. Maintain a high level of personal and work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties.
3. To assist in training staff to the agreed standard and support the Head Chef in ordering duties as required.
Additional Tasks:
1. Monitor food intake and comply with delivery procedures.
2. Adhere to company regulations regarding health, safety, and customer care.
3. Carry out other duties as required by the Head Chef.
