Job Description
Our nursing home provides exceptional care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and support. This includes providing direct care services such as medication administration, personal hygiene assistance, and mobility aid.
A key component of this position is working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
In order to be successful in this role, you must possess excellent clinical skills coupled with strong leadership abilities. A keen understanding of HIQA regulations is also essential for ensuring compliance within our facility. We seek an individual who possesses sound decision-making capabilities along with first-rate communication skills which facilitate seamless collaboration amongst colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have completed relevant training or education in healthcare disciplines while maintaining current NMBI registration.
The following additional qualifications would be considered advantageous:
* Clinical experience within elderly care environments
* Familiarity with electronic record-keeping systems
