Construction Project Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee the delivery of large-scale residential development projects.
* Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination effectively.
* Liaise with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to drive progress and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract management to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor site activity, quality standards, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements closely.
* Track project performance, report on progress, and manage change control processes efficiently.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering construction projects successfully is essential.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are necessary for effective project management.
* Proficient in reviewing technical drawings and project documentation is a must.
* Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and construction best practices is required.
