Financial Operations Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial operations, providing strategic guidance and oversight of all aspects of the company's financial management.
About the Role
* Develop and implement effective financial plans, strategies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Leverage expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment to drive business growth while minimizing risks.
* Maintain accurate records, prepare timely reports for senior management and stakeholders ensuring transparency into our finances.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Fundamental knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS), GAAP principles; experience working within a fast-paced environment under pressure.
2. Possess exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through prior experience leading finance teams or contributing significantly as part contributor team operating functions related function.
