Operational Management Position
A leading international organization seeks an accomplished Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of Finance and HR functions.
This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), requiring strong experience in managing remote teams and deliverables, ensuring performance and operational targets are consistently met.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop Finance and HR teams, providing clear operational direction, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
* Oversee daily operations across Finance and HR, including budget preparation and management, financial reporting and controls focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compensation and benefits, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Ensure team deliverables are achieved on time and to standard, with a proven ability to manage remote and hybrid team operations effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' operational and line management experience, ideally within Finance, HR, or business operations functions.
* Proven experience managing remote and hybrid teams, with a focus on deliverables, productivity, and operational performance.
* Strong track record in operational process delivery, people management, and reporting.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular international travel.
