Job Description:
As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance of our café unit. This involves delivering exceptional customer care, maintaining operational standards to maximise sales and profitability, all while controlling costs.

* Developing and maintaining excellent communication skills with senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of one year's experience as a manager in a similar environment is required. You should also have extensive knowledge on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles along with relevant training.
