Job Title: Associate / Technical Director
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer to join our team as an Associate / Technical Director in Dublin. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of our office and leading the delivery of major civil and structural projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary transportation or infrastructure projects
* Oversee project delivery from concept through to construction, including team leadership and client engagement
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
* Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff
Requirements
* Chartered Engineer (Civil or Structural) with a minimum of 10 years' experience in consultancy-led design environments
* Strong technical background in rail infrastructure or heavy civils projects
* Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
* Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
