Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Junior Environmental Health And Safety Advisor based in Galway.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the company's EHS Management System on the project
Promote a positive health and safety culture on site among site management, contractors, and workers
Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspection reports
Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
Influence and coach the site team in the implementation of best-practice EHS standards
Requirements
Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
1-3 years' experience in a similar role
Previous construction experience is preferred
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with databases
Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
