About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our manufacturing team as an Associate Biotech Production Specialist.
* This role will involve working closely with Team Leads and Supervisors to carry out tasks in line with the production schedule.
* You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, participating in equipment start-up, commissioning, and validation activities, assisting with troubleshooting, performing manufacturing level maintenance on equipment, adhering to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements at all times when carrying out tasks.
* The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, demonstrate a can-do attitude.
