Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 3 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or digital advertising.
* Ability to communicate in English fluently for customer‑facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in digital advertising.
* Experience in C‑level client relationship development and multi‑market digital media planning and execution.
* Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders to achieve shared goals and drive successful implementation of shopping solutions.
* Understanding of the Google auction.
* Ability to translate data sets into a client‑friendly narrative.

Responsibilities
* Build trust and C‑level relationships with CSS and develop deep understanding of business issues.
* Act as a central connector between sales teams, advertisers and CSS to maximize advertiser growth within CSS ecosystem.
* Collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and regions in Google: sales, product, marketing, tech, and supporting teams.
* Analyze trends and client performance, develop business plans, prepare and conduct strategic pitches and business presentations.
* Advocate best practices and manage Shopping Ads business growth.
