Job Context:
The Unit is responsible for establishing and maintaining systems, procedures, and rules to ensure timetables are created and maintained fairly and equitably, prioritizing student needs and curriculum scheduling quality.
This includes cleaning existing data, generating reports, training staff, and establishing best practices for data management.
Role Overview:
* Provide a lead role in supervising and administering various Unit activities.
* Work closely with Heads of Department, Functions, and administrators to ensure the effectiveness of the Unit.
* Oversight and supervision of other staff within the Unit.
* Provide high-level support to senior staff in the Office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs, including deputising when necessary.
