We are seeking a seasoned Learning Solutions Specialist to join our high-impact team focused on enterprise-wide professional skills development.
This is a key role where you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of learning program development, from needs analysis and strategic consultation to instructional design, delivery, and post-training reinforcement.

About the Role
* Designing professional development programs that cater to a diverse, global workforce.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to consult on capability gaps and recommend tailored learning solutions.
* Creating high-quality assets such as job aids, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and digital content.
* Leading end-to-end instructional design using agile ADDIE principles.
* Innovating across learning modalities including virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning, and in-person workshops.
* Managing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision.
* Evaluating program effectiveness and refining content based on performance outcomes.

Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in corporate training, professional services, or education-focused roles.
* Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and outcome measurement.
* Strong consulting skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
* Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
* Experience delivering across multiple formats – virtual, in-person, and self-paced.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively.
