The role of a Staff Nurse
Staff Nurses assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the nursing care model practiced in the relevant setting. They provide complete, person-centered care, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. They assist with practical daily tasks of the persons supported. Brothers of Charity promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, offering opportunities to work closely with professional colleagues to provide specialized care services.
