This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to play a pivotal role in driving sales, setting goals, both long and short-term, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to grow market share and meet revenue targets.
Lead and inspire our internal and external sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee digital marketing, social media, and online brand visibility.
Collaborate with our Purchasing Team to optimise customer pricing
Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Report on sales performance, forecasting, and promotional plans
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in achieving targets
Strong leadership, commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and market analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A self-starter with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ambitious, creative and the ability to influence decisions
High level of customer focus and understanding
