Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in Navan. As a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and contributing significantly to service development and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver occupational therapy assessment and intervention tailored to either paediatric or adult clients, addressing developmental, sensory, physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of occupational therapy services within your team.
* Participate in service audits and quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain high standards of documentation in line with HSE and CORU guidelines.
Requirements:
* CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist is essential.
* A minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in either a paediatric or adult setting, depending on the role you are applying for.
* Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on person-centred care.
* Full clean driver's licence and access to a car for community-based visits.
