We're looking for a steady, detail-minded bookkeeper to join us in our Wexford office. Someone who can keep our own accounts tight and support our company formation clients with the full bookkeeping + compliance workload. It's an in-office role, four days a week. What you'll be doingA mix of internal Abbey Blue Legal work and client bookkeeping, including:Bookkeeping & Accounts• General bookkeeping for Abbey Blue Legal and client companies• Bank reconciliations, journals, management accounts• Preparing accounts for new company formation clientsRevenue, VAT & Payroll• Running payroll for Abbey Blue Legal and client companies• Filing all Revenue returns (PAYE, VAT, RCT where needed)• Making sure deadlines are monitored and met every month/quarterCRO & Compliance• Full CRO filings:• Annual returns• Share changes• Director/secretary appointments & resignations• Constitution updates• Name changes• RBO filings (beneficial ownership)• Tracking all CRO, RBO and Revenue deadlines to keep everything compliantCompany Formations & Share Structures• Managing formations from start to finish• Working with multiple share classes:• Class A, B, C, D• Golden shares• Voting rights structures• Preparing and submitting the necessary CRO filings and documents for changes What we're looking for• Experience in bookkeeping (practice or in-house)• Confident with VAT, payroll, and Revenue submissions• CRO/RBO experience is ideal, but fast learners are welcome• Comfortable dealing with different share structures• Good under pressure — especially when multiple deadlines stack up• Someone organised, reliable, and able to keep the workflow moving without fuss Hours & Pay• 4 days per week• €14.50 per hour• Office-based in Wexford Why join usAbbey Blue Legal is growing fast, especially in formations and corporate services.
