About the ProjectWills Bros are delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure works within Dublin Airport, involving airfield infrastructure upgrades, pavement reconstruction, utilities installation, drainage works, earthworks, and operational interface management within a live aviation environment. This is a high-profile, multi-disciplinary project requiring detailed planning, sequencing, and stakeholder coordination.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Intermediate Planner to join the project team on site. The successful candidate will support the Senior Planner and Project Management Team in the preparation, coordination, and management of project schedules, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with programme requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and maintaining the project programme using Primavera P6.Monitor progress on site and update schedules to reflect actual performance and forecast projections.Prepare weekly and monthly programme reports and progress dashboards.Support in planning sequencing for complex airfield operations and night-time working regimes.Work closely with site engineers, project managers, commercial team, and client representatives.Identify schedule risks, delays, opportunities, and support in mitigation planning.Assist with method statements, phasing plans, traffic management sequence planning, and logistics modelling.
