Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Care Manager to oversee the operations of our residential sites.
This role involves managing multiple locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing exceptional care to residents.
* Manage the centre's daily operations and maintain high standards.
* Supervise and support staff members, arranging training sessions as needed.
* Effectively manage resources and collaborate with the finance team to create budgets.
* Create personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
* Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and risk assessments.
* Utilize HR systems and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
* A Level 7 or higher qualification in nursing, social care, or health science (QQI approved).
* Registration with NMBI (for nurses).
* A relevant qualification in management.
* A full current driving license.
