We are working with a growing recruitment business across Ireland who are actively hiring experienced Temp / Contract Recruiters.
If you know how to keep a busy desk moving, manage volume, and build strong client relationships this is where things get interesting.
The Role
You will be running a temp or contract desk within your specialist market. This is a fast paced environment where activity, organisation and consistency drive success.
Managing and growing an active temp desk
Building strong client relationships and winning repeat business
Sourcing, placing and managing high volumes of candidates
Handling compliance, onboarding and contractor care
Working closely with clients on urgent and ongoing hiring needs
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (temp or contract essential)
Experience in any sector welcome
Strong billing track record or clear temp desk exposure
Ability to manage multiple roles, clients and candidates at once
Commercial mindset with strong BD and relationship skills
