Duties:
* High volume billing, to include time entry, invoicing, and follow-up on overdue payments.
* Liaising with the Finance Team in relation to the management of client accounts and transaction-related payments.
* Take responsibility for AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followed.
* Manage auditing requests for clients.
* Maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Coordinate and manage communication with clients and other stakeholders involved in finance transactions.
* Arrange meetings, conference calls, and travel itineraries.
* Prepare, proofread, and format a variety of legal documents, including agreements and other related documents.
The Candidate:
* 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally supporting at a Senior Level.
* Knowledge of AML procedures for client onboarding and document management systems.
* Proficient with legal practice management software. Elite 3E would be an advantage.
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Be a team player and have a flexible approach to business needs.
