The role of a Credit Lending Specialist involves supporting the day-to-day operations of loan processing, engaging with members, and ensuring smooth handling of loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Loan Approval and Administration
* Deal efficiently and courteously with members in a confidential manner, exercising judgment and care in the approval and recommendation of loans.
* Provide expert lending advice based on each member's needs.
* Act as the first point of contact for loan queries.
* Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine suitable options.
* Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline activity efficiently.
