Steel Finishing Operative Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Steel Finishing Operative to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, preparing, finishing and assembling parts and materials for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and preparing steel surfaces using manual or mechanical methods.
2. Grinding and shot-blasting steel as required.
3. Bolting, banding and assembling steel parts accurately.
4. Assisting the painter with coating applications.
5. Maintaining quality control standards throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in handling steel products,
have knowledge of sanding, preparing and painting techniques,& have flexibility to adapt to different project requirements.
