Overview
Exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join a leading global organisation as they embark on their growth journey. This is a 12-month contract with excellent hybrid working conditions.
The primary purpose of the role will be to lead and deliver the recruitment strategy for the organisation.
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including pipelining talent, supporting hiring managers with current and future hiring needs, budget management, agency management, conducting interviews and working closely with marketing to drive awareness of brand in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record operating in a similar role, excellent key stakeholder engagement skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the organisation's recruitment strategy.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including talent pipelining and supporting hiring managers with current and future hiring needs.
* Oversee budget and agency management; conduct interviews.
* Collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness in the marketplace.

* Proven track record in a similar Recruitment Consultant role.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
