System Support Specialist
You will be responsible for providing critical support to our production and pre-production IT environments. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
* Support the production environment 24/7, ensuring maximum service levels are maintained at all times.
* Analyze and resolve complex IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
* Implement, integrate, and support third-party software, as well as internally developed applications within our IT production environments.
* Perform monitoring, tuning, and optimization of performance for in-house Clearstream IT applications and third-party software.
* Deploy business applications to end-users, while ensuring the integrity of the production environment.
* Participate in on-call rotations to provide out-of-hours support to customers.
Requirements:
* University degree in an IT-related field or equivalent through relevant work experience.
* Experience working in production environments and on-call rotations is an asset.
* Team spirit, open-mindedness, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role.
* Proficiency in Linux and NT environments is required.
* Familiarity with Oracle SQL and/or MS SQL is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, OpenShift, JBOSS, Weblogic.
* Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role, with a service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.

* Highly motivated, organized individual with good communication skills.
* Good knowledge of English (written and spoken). Any additional language is an asset.
