Key Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of reception and its staff, as well as staff training and development.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, preferably with experience in a similar position in a hotel setting. You will also have a working knowledge of OTA Extranets and Hotsoft System, as well as excellent communication and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the front office team, ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of productivity.
* Develop and implement effective training programs for staff, focusing on customer service and hotel operations.
* Review and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from the department, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
* Manage group reservations and liaise with other departments, such as Sales and Revenue departments.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel setting.
* Working knowledge of OTA Extranets and Hotsoft System.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
