Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Visual Deputy Store Manager for our Dundrum location. In this on-site role, you will oversee the visual merchandising, styling and POS of the store, ensuring alignment with M&S brand standards and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will be supporting the day-to-day operations by guiding and mentoring the store team, implementing retail strategies, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
* Strong background in Visual Management
* Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively with the team
* Experience and expertise in Store Management, including operational efficiency and team coordination
* Understanding and application of Retail Loss Prevention principles and maintaining a secure environment
* Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
* Previous experience in a leadership role within the retail industry is advantageous
