Due to continued growth, Crust & Crumb Bakery Ltd have an opening for an Engineering Co-Ordinator. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role will involve implementing a stock management and maintenance system. Creating and maintaining stock codes, min/max replenishment values including consumables and liaising with suppliers for general purchasing.Responsibilities:Dealing with supplier queries/orders/pricing and ensuring deliveries are received within agreed timeframes.Set up and maintain the CMMS (computerised maintenance management system).Raising and maintaining purchase orders for the maintenance department using internal software system.Mobile Plant, liaise with contractors about service and breakdown cover/schedulesTo take control of the sites maintenance records, ensuring job cards, service records and weekly checks paperwork is updated, logged and issues reported efficiently.Any other general duties such as cleaning, filing, emailing etc.Essential Criteria:Excellent Numeracy and analytical SkillsExperience working in a previous Stock related role is desirableBe able to demonstrate experience in meeting targets and strict deadlinesExcellent IT Skills, Be proficient in Microsoft ExcelMust have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a teamPay attention to detail with good negotiating skillsDisired Criteria:Previous experience in a construction / engineering background.Previous experience with negotiating pricing and terms.Previous experience in or setting up a Computerised Maintenance Management System.Job Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 01/09/2025Reference ID: EC25
