Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues across all severity levels, championing and tracking customer complaints using our ticket tracking system, and owning all customer-facing communications.
You will work closely with colleagues to build strong networks across different departments and dedicate yourself to understanding customer expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of five years of experience in customer-facing, technical support work, with authority over multiple technologies.
