We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to assist with the implementation of an MS Dynamics Case Management Solution.
Key Responsibilities
* To perform training needs assessments, identify knowledge gaps, and develop strategies to address them.
* To design and deliver training sessions related to MS Dynamics CMS system, ensuring that participants gain a thorough understanding of its features and functionalities.
* To maintain training material, video content, and documentation to support the development of business users.
* To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement training courses and share best practices.
* To optimize user training needs and provide hands-on support for business readiness.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of learning and development methodologies and a proven track record of utilizing digitally enhanced resources to successfully deliver technology-based learning programs.
Requirements
* A third-level degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
* Postgraduate or professional certification in Learning and Development.
* Project management certification or significant experience working in an Agile environment.
* Seven or more years of experience in delivering IT-related learning and development programs.
