I’m organizing a private dinner at my home in Dublin and need a reliable server for the evening. The role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving courses and beverages, clearing plates, and keeping the dining area tidy. Experience with formal service and wine knowledge is a plus. The event will be around 6 hours, with a short break. I’d prefer someone personable, punctual, and comfortable working in a home setting. Basic Irish/English communication is fine.
