Our client is currently seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to carry out the service and maintenance of customers overhead cranes throughout Ireland.
The successful applicant will carry out routine maintenance and repair work in order to reduce component wear and unplanned stoppages, and maintain equipment performance.
Duties will include changing ropes, bearings, guides etc.
The role will be more mechanical in nature, however electrical experience is highly desirable.
The company will provide training on the proprietary systems.
Criteria:
Time served maintenance technician (preferably mechanical) with previous industrial experience
Flexibility on working hours and travel to customer sites
Customer focussed Ideally Ipaf trained for MEWP's
Clean driving licence
Basic hourly rate is in the region £***** hr depending on experience with paid overtime available.
Company van will be provided.
