Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Custody Client Service Onboarding Consultant to join a leading financial services organisation based in Limerick.
You will act as the principal point of contact for both clients and investment managers, ensuring seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and the successful delivery of key projects.
This is a 12-month contract role with some opportunities for extension. The company offers a hybrid working model.
Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for custody onboarding clients.
* Oversee new business set-up, ensuring a smooth transition and timely delivery of onboarding requirements.
* Manage and resolve client onboarding queries and escalate issues when necessary.
* Monitor onboarding projects, ensuring all client needs are met and milestones achieved.
* Coordinate custody onboarding set-ups with investment managers and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain awareness of client transition activity and ensure all operational set-ups are fully aligned.
* Organise system connectivity, linkages, invoicing, and other operational requirements for full custody set-up.
* Maintain trackers and databases with accurate onboarding records.
* Build strong working relationships with internal partners and ensure compliance with risk and governance policies.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in custody operations and client service.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Skilled at facilitating discussions and driving decisions.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure to meet multiple client deadlines.
* Team player who can also support and guide junior team members.
* Experience in reviewing and resolving complex onboarding issues.
