ADI is seeking an experienced lawyer to serve as Compliance Counsel under Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk that will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer.
This role will work with global, cross-functional teams of in-house lawyers, paralegals and other legal and risk specialists and support staff.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Design and execute risk-based annual monitoring plans tied to the enterprise compliance risk assessment.
Monitor regulatory developments covering compliance risks and assess their impact on business operations.
ISO-aligned Compliance Management System: Support initiatives to align compliance programs with ISO ***** standard.
Support internal and external audits, monitor corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Ethics Investigations: Manage end-to-end intake, triage, planning, interviews, evidence analysis, and reporting.
Safeguard confidentiality, privilege, and process integrity; and coordinate cross-functionally on remedial actions.
Analyze trends and root causes; and recommend policy, training, and control enhancements.
Third-Party Due Diligence: Support implementation of a risk-tiered diligence program for candidates, intermediaries, vendors, distributors, and business partners.
Ensure compliance with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and sanctions regulations.
