HR Generalist Role Overview


Job Description:


In this pivotal HR role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions across the organization.



* Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline processes from onboarding to offboarding.

* Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and conduct benchmarking as required.




Key Requirements:


To excel in this position, candidates should possess:



* A third-level qualification in Human Resources or CIPD certification.

* At least four years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.

* Expertise in Irish employment law, including handling grievances and disciplinary cases.

* A proactive approach and a genuine interest in career progression.
