Practice Development Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of midwifery and other students on clinical placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Director of Midwifery and Nursing to manage operational aspects of the Hospital as required.
* Lead the Practice Development Unit (PDU) at the Rotunda Hospital, overseeing its roles and functions.
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A registered Midwife & Nurse or eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* An appropriate healthcare-related Primary Degree.
* An appropriate Management qualification.
* Qualification at Master's level in a health/related area.
* Minimum 7 years post-registration experience including comprehensive midwifery, nursing and managerial experience.
* Experience working with Student Midwives (BSc & HDip) in clinical practice.
