Job description
We are seeking a Scheduling & Customer Service member to join the team for dealing with general calls, emails and assist in organizing & scheduling repair appointments and queries related to our field staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Some experience in a property maintenance or construction would be desirable but not essential.
* A reasonable knowledge of route planning and scheduling in Ireland.
* You're proficient with MS Outlook & Word and can interpret an Excel spreadsheet whilst being comfortable learning new software.
* Dealing with customers and clients buy phone and email

Role: Fulltime (Mon to Friday)
Office Based
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
Starting Pay: €36,000 pa or €692 pw
