Our client is a well-established and growing organisation operating within the Food & Beverage industry in Ireland. They are seeking a motivated and organised finance professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, commercially aware, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills and an awareness of cultural diversity are essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports Partner with operational and commercial teams to analyse performance and cost variances Reconcile weekly and monthly margin reports, explaining variances Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions Produce weekly KPI reporting and financial analysis Ensure timely and accurate statutory and regulatory returns Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor capital expenditure against budget Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal control improvements Contribute to margin improvement and cost optimisation initiatives Support ERP system improvements and group-wide finance projects Provide ad-hoc financial support as required Candidate Requirements Qualified or part-qualified accountant, with hands-on experience in an SME environment Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting Proven ability to work with operational and commercial stakeholders Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes High level of accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong systems skills, with ERP experience an advantage Awareness of cultural diversity and ability to work in a dynamic environment Interested in this opportunity?
