Job Description
Due to the continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager in Dublin initially.
This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and will involve liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors, and Subcontractors.
Main Duties
* Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.
* Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
* Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
* Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
* Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc.
* On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
* Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors.
* Manage relevant external correspondence.
* Order all day-to-day site materials.
* Update appropriate information to progress report.
* Maintain K&M Document Management System.
* Manage project-specific scheduling.
* Communicate changes to the Project team.
* Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
Qualifications
* Relevant trade qualifications or further education qualification in mechanical building services.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
* Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role.
* People management experience.
* Project Management experience beneficial.
* Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to do some travel if/when required.
