Identity and Access Management Security Expert
We are looking for talented professionals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities to design and implement robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM security, experience with cloud-based infrastructure, and knowledge of Zero Trust architecture. They will be responsible for developing and implementing large-scale change initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
This role requires a collaborative work style, with the ability to effectively interact with and earn the trust of peers, CTOs, and development teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing IAM security solutions for scale and build zero trust building blocks to enhance end-to-end layered security maturity
* Participating in IAM design process governance processes, ensuring regular communication and coordination of initiatives across cross-functional teams
* Evaluating technology products/services that align with the roadmap supporting evolving business IAM demands
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization
* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing large-scale change initiatives
* Collaborative work style with the ability to effectively interact with and earn the trust of peers, CTOs, and development teams across the organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required
* Knowledge of PKI infrastructure, security protocols, HSM, Secret Vault
* Experience with MFA, Privileged access management, Access controls using Active Directory, AAD, IDP, and SSO
