Job Title: Child Support Professional

This position involves working with children in residential care, focusing on delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes safety, wellbeing, independence and positive outcomes.
About the Role:
* Build trusting relationships using trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches.
* Support daily routines, education, self-care and independent living skills.
* Implement individual care plans and behaviour support strategies.
* Promote independence and social inclusion tailored to each child's developmental level and abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent recognised for CORU registration.
* Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, attachment theory, child development and rights-based care.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
