Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, support and sales to farmers on a wide range of farm inputs.
Duties:
* Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by evaluating a customer's needs and building productive long-lasting relationships.
* Stock Management: Managing stock levels, merchandising and ordering to ensure the store is well-stocked and appealing to customers.
* Promotions and Ideas: Generating new ideas and promotions for the store to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Agricultural experience is highly desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
