About Workplace Investigations.
This role is part of our Forensic & Investigation Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a lead investigator across a range of workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead investigations into workplace issues and employee conduct.
* Prepare project reports and related outputs to senior management level for final review.
* Contribute to other programmes of work such as training, recruitment and HR projects.
* Support business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and client pitches.
* Coach and support junior members of the team.
* Contribute to financial and commercial management of the unit.
About the Ideal Candidate
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carrying out workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
* Knowledge/experience of broader employee relations, employment law and HR topics would also be desirable.
* Experience in managing a team while delivering multiple assignments to diverse clients.
* Excellent report writing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Able to build trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries, combined with strong commercial acumen.
* A good work ethic with a positive attitude and approach to work.
