Quantity Surveyor Water & Wastewater Infrastructure A Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years experience is required to join a growing civil engineering contractor based in Cavan. The company delivers water and wastewater infrastructure projects and has a strong pipeline of works across Ireland. This role offers excellent long-term career progression and exposure to major national infrastructure schemes. Role: Manage the commercial and cost control aspects of water and wastewater projects nationwide. Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation. Procure and manage subcontractor packages. Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts. Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial reporting. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients on all commercial matters. Assess and negotiate claims and variations. Support senior commercial staff with forecasting and reporting. Requirements: 3+ years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role in Ireland. Background in civil engineering, infrastructure, water, or utilities projects. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of contracts and commercial management. Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills. Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel and commercial software. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Full clean driving licence. Right to work in ROI.
