This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly organised individual to manage vehicle inspections and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for liaising with account holders, clients, inspection centres, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
This role would suit someone with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
Graduates with strong organisational and communication skills are also encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule vehicle inspections and short-term leasing services with external partners.
Act as a point of contact for account holders, inspection centres, clients, and internal departments.
Respond to customer enquiries, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders on the status of bookings and inspections.
Verify supplier and customer pricing to ensure alignment with agreed pricing structures.
Manage communications with manufacturers regarding warranty claims.
Process invoices and maintain accurate administrative records.
Update daily reports and internal systems with high accuracy.
Collaborate with supervisors and wider teams to ensure service excellence.
Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Key Requirements: 1-3 years' experience in customer service, administration, or coordination roles (open to recent graduates with relevant skills).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
