Property Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to support the growth of our business.
* Manage daily property maintenance queries and issues
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers
* Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with housing standards
* Handle tenant and owner queries in a professional manner
* Advise on housing standards and ensure properties remain compliant
This role is office-based with occasional travel for property inspections. Mileage expenses will be covered.
Requirements:
* Experience with property management software advantageous
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong customer focus with a solutions-driven approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with strong problem-solving skills
* Honest and reliable with excellent relationship-building skills
