Our client is a leading global manufacturer of waterproofing, insulation, soundproofing, and roof garden solutions, supporting the construction industry for over 110 years. They are seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3 to 4 years experience to join their team and play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing plans to drive brand awareness and product promotion.
NOTE – this role is a full time in office role based in Dublin 24
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of online and offline campaign assets, including emails, blogs, landing pages, social media content, print materials, and more. You will be the key link between the marketing strategy and the successful launch of campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and results are tracked and reported on.
Technical Must Have Skills:
4. Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools – Proven experience using Pardot, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Google AdWords, and other marketing software to execute and measure digital campaigns.
5. Content Creation and Management – Ability to create engaging, targeted content for various channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
6. Construction Industry Experience – Prior experience working in the construction or building materials sector, providing a deeper understanding of the target audience and industry trends.
7. Project Management – Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered successfully.
8. Data Analysis and Reporting – Proficient in tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
9. Collaboration and Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the marketing team, sales, and external partners.
Technical Nice to Have Skills:
10. WordPress and Magento Experience – Familiarity with content management systems and e-commerce platforms to manage the company's online presence.
11. Event Management – Ability to coordinate and execute successful trade show and event participation, from planning to post-event follow-up.
12. Salesforce CRM Knowledge – Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
13. Multilingual Capabilities – Proficiency in additional languages, such as French or German, to support the company's European operations.
